I’m sure we’re not alone when we say it’s been a busy year for TGR. It seems that creating energy-efficient and sustainable buildings has risen higher up the agendas for many more individuals and organisations – a positive step (and critical time) for energy bills, the natural environment and decarbonisation.

In delivering over 140 event this year, 4,447 construction professionals have joined us in exploring best practice solutions for a greener built environment. Together, we have learned more about truly sustainable buildings, cutting-edge low carbon technologies and leading methodologies that will shape the way we think about the built environment. We’ve enjoyed developing our programme of Twilight Talks – our free monthly discussion events; we’ve loved meeting new speakers for fresh discussion topics and welcoming back old friends for indispensable wisdom. A return to some in-person events, such as site visits and our annual conference, have been special highlights – it’s been good to see you in real life!
