Please note: If you are registering additional people to attend one of our events, you are taking responsibility for accepting these terms and conditions on behalf of all participants registered. 

How we use the information that you supply when you book to attend one of our events 

When you book a place for any of our events or courses, we collect your name, email address and telephone number so that we can contact you in case of changes to the event. If you have booked a place on a paid event, we may also collect payment information from you such as credit or debit card details or bank information for the purposes of taking payment. 

The information you supply is also used to create a user account on our website to allow you to login at a future date to view your event attendance record and download certificates of attendance. You can also make payments for any outstanding invoices, update the information we hold about you, and update your communication preferences.

Recordings 

Online courses are live events. There will be no recordings released except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.  

Cancellation of booking by delegate 

• More than 48 hours’ notice before the start of an event – full refund 
• Less than 48 hours before the event – 50% refund 
• Within 24 hours before start of an event – delegates can request to transfer their place to another colleague within their organisation or transfer their booking to another course of the same value (if transferring to a course with a higher cost the fee difference must be paid). Otherwise, the full amount is payable, and a refund will not be given. 

Cancellation by The Green Register 

The Green Register reserves the right to cancel an event for any reason prior to the event date. We will contact you as soon as possible to tell you about the cancellation. If you have already paid a fee, then we will refund the money. We will not be liable for any other costs of your attending the event.
