Elm Grove consists of a range of house types, including two, three and four-bedroom properties, 20 of which will be  affordable. All homes are extremely energy efficient, saving residents up to 75% on fuel bills compared to the average UK home whilst helping slash homeowners’ carbon footprints. Each property features Solar PV panels, Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery systems, under floor heating, Air Source Heat Pumps, Water Heat Recovery and EV chargers.  

The build is currently halfway through, with plots ranging from slab only to a completed show home, allowing you to see the various stages of construction. Site orientation has been carefully considered alongside house shape, size and positioning to maximise solar gains, whilst thermal bridge free design minimises temperature fluctuations. 

Lee Zeffiretti, Contracts Manager at Stonewood Homes, will be guiding visitors around the site. Lee will be joined by James Petherick, Land Director and Caroline Ferris, Sales Manager. James will be sharing his knowledge of funding for this type of Passivhaus development.

Speakers

Lee Zeffiretti, Contracts Manager, Stonewood Homes 

Lee has over 30 years’ experience in the industry, starting as an apprentice Bricklayer, then in to site management. Lee has extensive experience from various developments for the major housebuilders, with the last 10 years as a Contracts Manager overseeing development from Cornwall to Swindon. Lee joined Stonewood in 2020. 

James Petherick, Land Director, Stonewood Homes 

James is a Chartered Surveyor with 15 years of agency experience most recently heading the residential development team at JLL in Bristol. His role is to build the land bank though the acquisition of both strategic and consented residential development sites. 

Caroline Ferris, Sales Manager, Stonewood Homes 

Caroline has many years of experience in sales, having worked in estate agency for nearly 15 years. Caroline strives daily to provide honest and realistic advice to potential buyers whilst focusing on their needs as well as helping them fulfil their requirements.
