Retrofit Skills Level 2 is a hybrid qualification, with both online and practical components, which provides foundational training for individuals and businesses looking to move into retrofit construction. The Green Register builds upon 24 years of sustainable construction training, including the Futureproof training developed especially for contractors. Retrofit Skills has been developed in partnership with experts including PAS2035 technical author, Dr Sarah Price.
Retrofit Skills Level 2 is funded by Retrofit West Business Support and the West of England Combined Authority.
Contractors that are certified in our Retrofit Skills Level 2 qualification are guaranteed to be able to provide high-quality insights into carrying out an effective retrofit specifically catered for you and your home to fit your needs.
To ensure that contractors with the Retrofit Skills Level 2 qualification are able to provide this service to you, it is accredited by ABBE, an independent accreditor that offers qualifications specifically within the Built Environment sector. ABBE and the qualifications they accredit are then regulated by Ofqual to further ensure that courses and qualifications like Retrofit Skills are delivered to a high standard.
