Building as if the Planet Matters – the Living Building Challenge This session will give an overview of the enriching process for green projects through the Living Building Challenge.

The definition of ‘sustainable’ in the construction sector has constantly evolved since the Earth Summit in Rio in 1992, and finding a way for human activities to work in balance with the eco-system is a massive challenge. Living Building Challenge is a ‘deep green’ project-based process/tool that guides teams to go much further than just minimising impact. It also has tabulated cross-walk provisions with the Well Standard for dual certification.
