About this course.png)
Providing environments which promote and enhance occupant health and wellbeing is key to a successful development, and increasingly forming part of client and tenant briefs. Research indicates that in healthy offices, for example, productivity increases, absenteeism reduces and concentration improves.
The WELL Building Standard – also known as the WELL certification – was introduced to ensure buildings serve as healthy environments for us to live, work, and socialise in. But what exactly is the WELL Building Standard, and how can you achieve certification?
Join trainer Erica Asta of Eight Versa in this new, live online 2-hour training session to learn about:
- The WELL Building Standard overview and what’s involved in the WELL certification process
- Similarities and differences between WELL, BREEAM and LEED standards
- Features applicable to architects in the WELL building standard and examples of design considerations
- The ins and outs of the Performance Verification
