About Retrofit in Transit

The Green Register's Retrofit in Transit is a mobile unit designed to bring learning about sustainable home improvements directly to your community. This trailer supports community engagement on retrofit topics such as ventilation, air tightness and insulation, and low carbon tech in the form of heat pumps and comes with a tactile materials bank. 

Who Should Come 

Whether you’re a homeowner looking for ways to increase your home energy efficiency to lower bills in the winter and to cool your home down in the summer, or you’re a contractor who’s interested in making the smart move into domestic retrofit for your business, Retrofit in Transit is open to anyone and everyone. We’ve taken the trailer to schools, meet-the-buyer events and community events alike.
