Greenacre Building is a sustainable construction and lime plastering company in South Devon. We serve Plymouth and the South Hams region including Dartmouth, Totnes, Kingsbridge and South Dartmoor. We offer design-and-build, Passive House design, high-performance retrofit and renovation as well as lime plastering and rendering for both modern and heritage buildings. We believe in thoughtful construction and using natural materials wherever possible. Our approach is always to start with an understanding of how your home functions as a whole building. Greenacre Building is a small (but mighty) company headed up by Dan Wakefield, who previously set up and ran The Bristol Sustainable Building Co. Dan is a qualified Passive House Consultant, NBT certified installer and a member of the AECB.
