Greenacre Design & Build is a design and build contractor in South Devon. We serve Plymouth and the South Hams region including Dartmouth, Totnes, Kingsbridge and South Dartmoor. We offer a full design and build service from first ideas through planning and including all construction to completion.

Our projects are a mix of modern, high performance newbuilds; retrofit and renovation including extensions and conversions; and heritage/listed buildings. As well as full project management we also offer specialist design and building services including Passivhaus design, retrofit assessments, energy-use analysis, architect services and expert trades such as lime plastering and rendering, solid wall insulation, blown Warmcell insulation, sustainable construction with natural materials, timber framing, roofing, carpentry, slate, stone masonry and cob repairs.

Greenacre Design & Build is a certified Passivhaus consultant, Warmcell installer and member of the AECB.
