Passionate about both Interiors and Sustainability and with the help of a network of like-minded professionals, the studio offers clients a one stop shop project coordination service covering all aspects of their renovation. From planning to completion, from insulation strategy through to the finest finishes and accessories, this holistic approach delivers consistently harmonious, energy efficient, low carbon and healthy interiors, all in a smooth enjoyable experience for clients. The Reception Room picture below showcases our bespoke joinery commission throughout a fully renovated home in Fulham. We worked closely with clients and all trades involved to design beautiful and functional solutions that seamlessly integrated boxed pipes, plumbing control access hatches or electrical consumer units. We used our own VOC-free and formaldehyde-free solid oak joinery with a grey natural oil as can be seen on this elegant wrap-around library which frames an elegant Crittall-screen and a pocket door. Our Maida Vale project (kitchen picture) was a full interior renovation package to create a sustainable and healthy home for a family with young children. We used natural materials everywhere possible to prevent VOC off-gassing and limit embodied carbon, from upgrading the previous insultation with cork panels and sheep’s wool to natural stone in the bathrooms and our own solid wood formaldehyde-free fitted joinery. We completely redesigned the ground floor layout into an open living space, replaced unwanted load bearing walls with exposed RSJs and added flexible space separation options with our own Crittall-style screens and sliding doors. We balanced these architectural features with the warmth of oak flooring and kitchen cabinetry, touches of colour, pattern and texture in the soft furnishings and carefully curated art. More pictures of these two projects and others can be found on our website and Instagram feed.
