Established in 2018 by David Thompson, THAA Limited is a RIBA Chartered Practice based near Warkworth in Northumberland. We are passionate about design and architecture and how it can have a positive impact on our environment and benefit those who live and work in the built environment. Our methodology encompasses a sustainable ethos with a low carbon fabric first approach, embracing renewable technologies and passivhaus principles as the overarching driver behind our design process. As a practise we believe that exciting contemporary design and ecologically sound energy efficient construction go hand-in-hand, and this is what we strive to produce for our clients.
