Established in 2008, dzarchitecture undertakes a range of projects and provides assistance for residential and commercial work. dza can offer services ranging from feasibility work to pre-application, planning and building regulations applications and construction drawings. We offer retrofit advice and guidance aswell as design work for low energy schemes. Our work is mainly of a domestic nature with new houses, refurbishments and extensions amongst the portfolio. We have worked on several listed properties and produced schemes for oak and straw bale projects. dza covers an area up to 50 miles from Bristol but has worked within Greater London, in various counties in the South of England, into South Wales and up towards the Midlands. We will go where we are needed. The approach for each project is the same way no matter the size or the complexity.
