Based in central Bristol, Ascent Architecture was founded in 2004 by architect Steve Mardall. We design amazing spaces in which to live, work and play. Challenging residential projects are our particular specialism. Our mission is to deliver intelligent, creative and sustainable designs, including to Passivhaus standards. Design excellence, sustainability and buildability are key to what we do. Our designs are sensitive and context specific, whether modern or traditional. Commissions undertaken include new build, extensions, refurbishment & change of use. These range from house extensions through individual houses & work to listed buildings, to large residential and mixed use commercial developments.
