Courses sold out for February - and new dates announced!

It's been a record-breaking January for us with all of our February events now fully booked! We hope to hold a repeat of the Tour of Filwood Green in the Spring, and our Retrofitting Traditional Buildings course with speaker Nick Heath continues to sell out with the London event on 11 Feb now fully booked.

We have responded to your requests to hold this course in regions throughout the UK, with the following dates now announced:

We are looking for a talented volunteer to assist with marketing and communications for The Green Register.

EcoMerchant and Green Register benefiting from new membership at Big Green Home Show

The Green Register has set up a new Builders Merchant membership type to increase participation in our training events within the retail sector and to facilitate better links for our members with the trades and the wider public. This is now being offered for £250 per year.

Partners Zero Carbon Hub are holding three free events aimed at demystifying the Performance Gap; and highlighting the latest leanings from a number of domestic and non-domestic Building Performance Evaluation projects around the UK.
Join Zero Carbon Hub at this half day event and hear an array of excellent speakers discussing cutting edge research findings on building performance. Refreshments and a networking lunch will be provided.

Bristol Green Doors 2015 - visit 32 open homes this weekend, September 26-27th

Free to vist between 12 noon and 6pm on Saturday, Sunday, or both days.

See how people across the city are making their homes more comfortable, cheaper to heat and kinder to the environment.

Visitors will be welcomed and shown round a range of open homes by our friendly householders who will share their knowledge and experience of installing a range of low cost to high cost measures.

Partner event: GHA Site Visit to Little Kelham development in Sheffield

The GHA’s next site visit is to CITU’s Little Kelham development in Sheffield.  This will be in the afternoon of the 7th October 2015. This visit is free to members of the GHA or £50 + VAT for all non-members.  PPE will be required.

Little Kelham is an award-winning development of 157 one to four bedroom low-carbon homes in the Kelham Island area of Sheffield.
