Drummond Road: Energy saving retrofit and remodelling of a 1960s 2-bed home in Bristol

Joshua and his clients met through The Green Register, and Joshua created this ‘Retrofit Action Plan to improve the energy efficiency of their home.

“The clients wished to undertake improvements to the fabric of the building as well as remodelling to make better use of space, establish a better connection to their garden and investigate a loft conversion. The work was envisaged to be undertaken in two phases. The initial phase budget is £20,000. The second phase is around £50,000. The work I carried out for them aimed to establish what work should be done when to get best value and coordination.” – Joshua Wood, ARB registered architect
