RM_A are a design led practice based in Camden Town, London. The practice has been in established for over 40years. We offer architectural design, implementation, urban design, masterplanning, landscape concepts and a bespoke interior design service. Our substantial portfolio of successfully completed projects includes work for all the top UK housebuilders, housing associations, smaller developers, health care facilities, charities, community groups, retail, commercial businesses and private individuals. We are especially skilled in the regeneration of urban brownfield sites with mixed use, residential-led projects for both affordable and private sectors. Many projects are in Greater London but we have also completed projects in Cardiff, Ipswich and Birmingham and more recently in in the Home Counties and commuter locations around London. Our key urban design approach for master planning new sites is analysis of constraints and opportunities in order to deliver maximum value within a cohesive and individual design solution. We firmly believe in developing a strong relationship with both the planning and construction team through effective communication and interpersonal skills. We consistently deliver high quality projects and have worked with many challenging environments such as contaminated sites and reclaimed land, inner city locations, listed buildings and within conservation areas. Our range of project types from bespoke one off houses to 1000 unit masterplans with a mix of building types keeps us challenged and informed. Our delivery of large projects has created successful new communities.
