We are a large Housing Association based in South Wales. We have recently adopted a Net Zero Carbon Strategy for all of our new grant-funded homes. Starting in 2022. We have approximately 18,000 homes for affordable rent that need to be retrofitted to achieve Net Zero. In addition, we build approx. 750 new homes a year across a mix of tenures including many homes for social rent.
