CMS was established in August 1988 and was restructured in 2014 becoming CMS Construction Consultants Ltd trading as CMS Group, incorporating CMS Architects Ltd and CMS Project Managers & Surveyors Ltd. This was to offer our clients flexibility in the appointment of the separate disciplines and services that can offer. Over the years we have undertaken small and large projects from inception through to completion focusing on engaging with our clients in order to provide the best possible outcome.
